I decided to make a rice pudding and tuna quiche in the wood stove seeing as it was lit.
Just as well as it looks like my electric oven isn’t cooperating
Looks like we need to hobble into the New Year and buy a replacement in the Sales. Tis no problem…we have a small work top oven and a woodfired stove for now.
Maybe OH can fiddle with it a bit more in the mean time….
So…the roast veg will be for tomorrow or for soup or freezing.
At least we’re having chips to commiserate the event"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

That's an unusual flavour combination for a quiche, Nicos, rice pudding and tuna!
