I've got beef mince cooking with a bit of onion, mushroom, finely diced carrot and thyme, in the slow cooker, ready to make the base of a cottage pie later. I think we'll have some French beans and cauliflower cheese with it.
A marscapone and cherry dessert for Mr GF (from the supermarket) and blue cheese and crackers for me.

Last night was roasted veg with feta served with a ‘left overs’ frittata
Fresh fruit salad for pud.
Tonight is haggis with something I’ve not seen in the shops - buds of curly kale.( Bit like blown sprouts) and jacket spuds.

Possibly Chinese ribs (out of the freezer), garlic bread, salad and onion rings. The beer is already in the fridge for the batter. ..... .the rest of the can for the cook.

Proper lunch today: pea risotto with courgette fritters, orange for afters.
Mr Snoop has got some ultra-processed sausages out of the freezer, where I hid them. I can't stand the things - horrible texture. So he can have those. And after he's had them, I'll make myself a delicious toasted cheese and lime chutney sandwich and he'll have to watch me eat it and suffer, knowing what he could have had if he hadn't brought those disgusting things into the house.
I'll let him have a piece of banana and raisin cake for afters. I'm not totally mean!
