I think we'll finish off the gammon today, with more new potatoes, corn on the cob, probably some cauliflower cheese, and the last of the mustard sauce.

Off up the valley for supper. Gives me time to catch up on all the washing-up I've made this morning...

I had some pastry left over from the flans, so I've just made a jam and coconut tart. It smells divine, but we haven't even started the trifle yet!

Sausage casserole this evening, I'll bake a carrot cake while the oven is on.

I’m actually fancying turkey kebabs and rice . Certainly something with turkey as I have some turkey breast in the fridge.
Hmm…turkey and leek pie maybe?

It's looking like bacon, eggs and naked beans. Himself will be thrilled, he knows I only like it at breakfast time so he finds it a treat at any other time of day. I'll do some hash browns and potato waffles to make it less of a FEB

I’ve just made a chocolate mousse for pud. Makes a change from fruit from the freezer in almost everything I’m making!

I'm thinking cod fish fingers, fried up, sliced, leftover new potatoes, and peas. Probably homemade tartare sauce.

Pah…yesterday’s plan was enough food prepared for two evenings. OH clearly had the munchies so now there isn’t enough for tonight for us both.
I am, however fancying pasta…
