Battered large fish fingers for us too, but with chips and bread and butter. I froze the left over donuts last week, so I've defrosted them today. Not sure if they'll be edible, but we'll see
Duck breast with broccoli and sweet potatoes followed by a princess torte cake . (Bit like Victoria sponge with a huge load of cream on top then draped with a thin layer of marzipan .)

Today will be leftover chicken from yesterday. We'll have it with either new potatoes or garlic bread, corn on the cob, salad and beer battered onion rings.
Maybe a little apple and blueberry crumble with cream or custard.
I'll then strip the chicken carcass and bung it in the slow cooker to make stock to put in the freezer.
Lunch was a humdinger but mostly prepared yesterday so doesn't count. Supper: cauli and pear soup and cheese and crackers, which probably also doesn't count as I made the soup yesterday.
