      Only thing I did differently was to add peas and sweetcorn to the white sauce.

        • Still some chicken left so maybe a big salad using up the cooked new potatoes, beans and maybe throw in some couscous.

              • Youngest GG coming for tea so Cottage Pie at her request with carrots and peas. Apple and raspberry pie with cream.

                • Tonight I think risotto. Salmon, leek, french bean, and sweetcorn.

                  I've already part made a raspberry trifle. I just need to whip some cream to put on top when the custard has cooled right down. It won't take long as the raspberries underneath the custard went in frozen.
