Tonight I think risotto. Salmon, leek, french bean, and sweetcorn.
I've already part made a raspberry trifle. I just need to whip some cream to put on top when the custard has cooled right down. It won't take long as the raspberries underneath the custard went in frozen.Comment

I must say the raspberry trifle is gorgeous. Next time I will make the custard a bit more sloppy though
