Pie and peas

Fish pie turned out well thanks GF
Only thing I did differently was to add peas and sweetcorn to the white sauce.

Still some chicken left so maybe a big salad using up the cooked new potatoes, beans and maybe throw in some couscous.

Soup with toasted cheese sandwiches.

Slow cooked venison casserole.

Youngest GG coming for tea so Cottage Pie at her request with carrots and peas. Apple and raspberry pie with cream.

Tonight I think risotto. Salmon, leek, french bean, and sweetcorn.

I've already part made a raspberry trifle. I just need to whip some cream to put on top when the custard has cooled right down. It won't take long as the raspberries underneath the custard went in frozen.

Lamb chops, mashed potatoes, selection of veg and gravy.

I must say the raspberry trifle is gorgeous. Next time I will make the custard a bit more sloppy though .

Lasagna and salad. Been out all day so just wanted something quick to reheat.

Today I think I'll roast a small gammon joint. We'll have it with potatoes dauphinoise, corn on the cob, cauliflower cheese and carrots.

More trifle.

Undecided. I have some pork but do I want that?
Or will it be baked potato with tuna and salad or frittata?

Himself will want a sandwich today, so it's my chance to have sardines on toast!
