  • We had tuna and baked potato last night with salad.

    Pork steaks tonight with mushroom sauce (actually it's mushroom soup with extra mushrooms), rice and veg
    Northern England.

      • We had jacket spuds last night too ( the last of the very large ones)

        Tonight will be kebabs and rice followed by the rest of the rhubarb crumble I made yesterday. Served with homemade kefir.

        • Last night's gammon joint was a letdown. The gammon was really tough and hard. I was planning on us having it again today, but no way now.

          I'm now thinking we'll have chicken and mushroom pie, creamed leeks, carrots, French beans and gravy.

              Good idea. I'll give it a go. At the moment it is cut up and hiding in the freezer.

              • Probably fish fingers. I've had to have a re -think because I thought there was lasagne in the freezer, but I was wrong. That's a job for today then!
