Lasagne. We had a Chinese throw out last night

Fish en papillote with broccoli. Paradise slice for afters. Really determined to make it today at long last.

Plus bread (two focaccias and two fake granary loaves with walnuts) and some chocolate and coconut cookies.

Edited: Paradise slice will have to wait for yet another day.

Roast chicken with new potatoes and salad

Left overs from yesterday with added veg. I picked some purple kale yesterday and it was delicious so I’ll get a pile more to add to the meal.
Rhubarb and icecream for pud.

Tonight I think will be haddock fillets, homemade tartare sauce, new potatoes, corn on the cob, and peas.

Not sure about dessert yet. Maybe rice pudding?

Might just have salad with the chicken again tonight, maybe some rice too.

The fridge us looking a bit bare at the moment as the online grory hop is due tomorrow. I've just given Mr GF 3 choices: Fish pie, with fish out of the freezer, bacon egg and tomato, or omelette with potato wedges and salad.

He has, to my surprise, picked fish pie. We'll have it with peas and corn on the cob.

For dessert I might make a little crumble or pie. Apple and blueberry I think.
