I always bung everything in: onions, leeks, apples, carrots and spuds. Hour and a half with the lid on, half an hour or so with the lid off. Usually really good. Fingers crossed for today. It was bought on my behalf by the neighbours down the valley. She loves the yellow ones, so maybe she's subtly trying to indoctrinate me. ^It was actually pretty good. But very fatty in comparison. But as Mr Snoop said, the fat made it seem very moist. Anyway, we'll not turn our noses up at another yellow one if that's what comes. Very good of the neighbours to bring shopping back for us.Comment
