I’m going to make a sort of open pie/ quiche using spiced minced beef served with puréed sweet potato and sweetcorn.
blackcurrant ‘trifle’ for pud.

Off to our Italian friend's for tea. Early because it's going to be a heavy meal: wild boar ragù with polenta. I've volunteered to take pudding, but goodness knows what after that. Air would seem to be the most appropriate thing!

Tonight was chicken, peppers, garlic, onion, paprika, bit of wine, cream and other bits and pieces. Very nice

I got my supermarket delivery this morning.
Prawn, pea, broad bean, and sweetcorn risotto tonight.
Grapes, Celery and blue cheese with crackers for me.
Probably a raspberry and marscapone dessert for Mr GF.
