Last night I made beef bourguignon, but hadn't planned any nibbles and Mr R was peckish, so with a bit of left over goats cheese, I grilled some nice bread, rubbed some garlic on, cut into smallish pieces, slice of goat's cheese on top, a few fresh thyme leaves, grilled for a few minutes, then a handful of fresh chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey over the top.
They were LOVELY! Might even do a few as a canape thing on Christmas Eve. Just thought I'd share it...
