Roasting squash seeds

think my problem maybe lies with my teeth!!!I did do some they were very nice...but have to admit to peeling them!!....if you leave them in the oven for a bit longer you get the popcorn effect not just taste....made a right mess of the oven,but also made peeling easier!

Next time roast them in a covered pan<g>
