melted middle choccy pud recipe please?

Does anyone have a recipe to make individual chocolate sponges with melty middles please? I have seen Cadbury ones in Tesco but they cost way too much.

I have a chef friend that makes them using a recipe pretty much exactly like this..... Yum!
