Strawberry Creams

Hi Folks,

I due to be married this year, and we're thinking about making some homemade sweets for part of the favours. I've already got a decent recipe for coffee creams, but not everyone likes them, so I would like to try and make some strawberry ones. does anyone have a decent recipe for making them?

Hi Des,

If you are making the centres for chocolates then this may help, though you could mould the paste rather than dip or use a mould:-

Thanks for that. Yes I'm going to be making the centres, so I'll give the first link a try. I've ordered some chocolate moulds for the sweets, so I'll be roughly shaping the centres by hand, melting som chocolate into the moulds and then sticking the centres in and then pouring a bit more chocolate on top. Hopefully shold turn out ok.
