    I've got plump chicken thighs

What can I do with them for a change.

Simply sprinkle with your fave spices and roast?

Dip them in milk and seasoned flour to make 'southern fried' chicken (roast in oven for 20-30 mins)

      Chicken and bean casserole?

      Curry?

And I thought you had meant to put this one in the 'lose a few pounds thread'

        Sorry, couldn't resist.

Something I could do in the Pressure Cooker perhaps?

Chuck in a casserole dish with veggies, onions and white wine and herbs/spices and slow cook for a while?

Chicken thighs are the yummiest bit I think. I love them in a slow cooked curry.
                I don't roll on Shabbos

I did some chicken thighs at the weekend Moroccan style, with spices, dried apricots, can of chickpeas and sprinkled with some fresh coriander at the end. Just had with some rice or you can try some microwavable couscous to soak up the sauce. Goes well with Garlic and Coriander Naan bread as well.

You can have a wander around my kitchen anytime time you like Shirley - if you take over a homebake. I used to own a restaurant and stock up like I still had it!

Much is explained I was intrigued that you had all the ingredients for my sticky sauce the other week, and then to read you also had all the ingredients required for Rossa's recipe too

OK, I confess, I'm actually homeless and live/lurk in the aisles of my local supermarket!
