Just a small addition to JazzDuke's recipe. I would check the level of the lemon juice a few days after as I found it went down somewhat and left the top level of lemon slices exposed.Comment

Thanks for that MM - didn't get chance over the weekend to have a go - spent a super weekend in the back garden catching up on all my jobs! and enjoying the super weather! Will save the recipe until it rains (won't be long then!) DDL
