This may be a stupid question but i guess I'm after confirmation and moral support as much as any thing.
Is it ok to make up a pie filling (savoury) and freeze it ahead of making the actual pie?
Also I heard/read somewhere that you can make and freeze your stuffing for christmas ahead of time. Is this true. Do you think it would effect the taste?
Would make life that much easier if I could do this.
