Rather enjoyed this, tastes good cold as well. Would like to try it with lamb or rabbit as the beef was not the best.

You may yet convert me back to the joys of rabbit. Went off it after one too many of my mother's "stews". At one point we were having rabbit and/or ox tongue every week.
