Well we always called it Frazzle anyway & I've just done one as I was bored
- Line a shallow baking tray with Greasproof paper
- Roll out some short crust pastry about 3mm thick to cover this
- cut up some streaky bacon distribute evenly over the pastry ( or parma ham if you're posh)
- slice some homegrown Tomatoes & put this over the bacon sprinkle of italian herbs over
- slice some homegrown onion up & put this over the tomato
- cover it all over with a good layer of grated cheese
- wack it in the oven at Gas Mk 6 (don't do electric - sorry) till the cheese is nice & golden
- cut into slices & eat warm or cold - It doesn't last long enough to be cold in our house
