and the beauty of it is that you only need a tbsp of the Easiyo packet of yogurt culture - say a tbsp - to produce 1 litre of set yogurt because the culture {which is lactobacillus bacteria} multiplies proportionately to the volume of liquid it's in.
Easiyo market their 'system' by selling you the milk powder as well - the idea being that you only need to add 1 litre of water - all you're actually after is a miniscule amount of the bacteria (i.e. lactobacillus) contained within their milk powder or you can use a spoonful of 'live' commercial yogurt.
