    Add the egg white to the potatoes and just fold it through with a metal spoon
    Return the mixture to the potato skins and bake for about 15 minutes until the potatoes have souffled up out of the skins
    Serve IMMEDIATELY before the souffle collapses.

      If you forget how many whites you have, each white should be about 25g or 1 ounce.
