I have shallots in the garden and I'm sure I remember hearing that you could eat the "leaves" of the shallots? ![Confused](https://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/grapevine/core/images/smilies/confused.gif)
Do they need to be young shoots, mine have been in the ground since mid spring and the shoots are approx 1' high.
Do I need to cook them, how would I use them.
Don't want to let anything go to waste![Big Grin](https://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/grapevine/core/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Thanks
