Method
- Sieve flour and salt into a bowl and beat in the egg and milk
- Mix in sweetcorn and chilli flakes and season with pepper
- Heat a little oil in a large frying pan, using a tablespoon of mixture for each fritter, drop into the oil. Cook for 3 to 4 mins each side
- Serve with dip - sour cream/chive, salsa etc
