  • Potato, Spinach and Olive Oil.

    Had a beautiful roasted Sea Bream tonight. Yummy......

    Served with a mixture of Vivaldi new potatoes- crushed with a fork, perpetual spinach- wilted into the potatoes, and warm olive oil drizzled into the mix.

    Accompnied by mange tout (Oregon's) and french beans (Safari). A little Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar drizzled around the edges and a meal fit for a King

    Nowt like a bit o sea bream fresh caught from Hengistbury Head on a summers night and cooked on the beach in tin foil on a wee barby doofer thing.
