4 oz/100g white chocolate
4 oz/100g butter
8 oz/200g icing sugar
1 tbsp/15ml milk
Melt chocolate gently, then set aside to cool slightly. Beat the butter til soft then add the icing sugar, melted choc and milk and beat well til smooth.
Optional; add the scraped inner of a small piece of vanilla pod.
Enough to fill and cover an 8inch/20cm cake.
