  • Patak's Curry Recipes

Just bought a jar of Patak's Curry paste and the jar says "For more recipe ideas go to www.pataks.co.uk".
Just browsing, it has some really nice sounding recipes (even if they do all plug patak's products)

A few ones that have caught my eye:

Patak's Recipes - Cauliflower Curry (Slow Cooker)
    Patak's Recipes - Char-Grilled Indian Tikka Salad
    Patak's Recipes - Bombay Potatoes

        Thought this one sounded fun?

        Tandoori Baked Potato

        4 peeled potatoes (big chunks)
        1/2 cup Non Fat yogurt
        1 tsp Natco Tandoori Masala
        1 tsp Lemon juice

        Mix last 3 ingredients together.
Roll the potatoes in this mix.
Put in nonstick pan and bake 40 minutes at 350 F.
        Check doneness. Really addictive!
