homemade oyster sauce?

hi there, has anyone ever made their own homemade oyster sauce?. i'm in a recipe swap and in doing some research i have discovered my swap person has given up buying store brought sauce but doesnt appear to be making their own, so i thought i might include a recipe.
now, i dont use the stuff.....hate oysters, so of the few recipes i've seen i dont know which would be closest to store brought sauce.
anyone able to help?!

thanks, i'd come across that one searching....i wonder how close it is to a store brought bottle? . this recipe is also alot longer than others i'd come across, so unsure what way to go!!
