Egg Florentine.
Wilt some spinach, chop, and use to thickly line an oven proof ramikin or individual pie dish. Break an egg carefully into the middle.
Top with some grated cheese if liked.
Bake for about 5-10 mins in a pre-heated oven. Time depends on how well cooked you like your eggs.The weeks and the years are fine. It's the days I can't cope with!
