    Ta Dan, has it been in the fridge all the time or just since opening? I was worried about botulism concerns? Only vaguely remember that and I'm not sure why sauce should be more susceptible if its got a vinegar/sugar base but that's why I asked.

      its been in the fridge since it was made (cold at the back)....it seemed fine to me! I will be making more this season

        I just wondered, cos we've not a lot of room in our fridge, but I think I'll try some anyway.

          Vinegar and sugar should reduce the risk of botulism etc. It's things in oil that are risky!
          Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
