    We'll be having a turkey that we have reared and slaughtered ourselves this year. I am looking forward to it (the eating, not the slaughtering)

    We had a turkey that had been home-reared last year (by someone else) and it was much better tasting than any we'd ever had before.

    The amount of meat on a goose and the price puts me off, to be honest...
