We have a pint delivered Mon to Sat between two of us and most of that is used on cereal in the morning as I drink mainly herbal tea and don't like coffee. Could manage without it but I'm fine with it so thankfully no need. Like other above have said, would miss cheese more if I couldn't eat that - you can get non dairy cheese for vegan diets but it's foul and bears no resemblance to the proper stuff. Family friend hasn't been able to eat dairy for years and puts boiling water on his cereal, looks disgusting, don't think I could eat it and would change to toast.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

What do you put on your breaklfast cereal? I don't have time in a morning for anything other than a quick bowl of weetabix. I have about half a pint of milk on that.

      Oh, no Bailey's at Christmas?

You didn't say (or did I miss it?) have you given up all dairy, cheese, cream etc?

        Couldn't give up cheese.

          Nothing.
I like it dry, eaten like crisps (Millet Rice is lovely, as is any type of Cluster cereal). Porridge oats are a little harder to eat dry

I have not drunk milk or rarely have had any dairy for approx 30 years, do not know why i stopped, just a natural thing did not seem to want it. I eat my cereal dry and make the microwave porridge with water
