What do you do with yours?
I made some beef, mushroom and red wine pies last night and had some pastry (puff) left over.
It was the ready made stuff as I'm rubbish at making it (hot hands you see), but I still don't like throwing it away, so I rolled it out, brushed it with egg and sprinkled some grated Parmesan, black pepper and oregano on it, used a pizza cutter to cut it into "straws" and threw them in the oven until golden.
I took a picture a minute ago, but my phone won't talk to my computer so I can't upload it.
So, what's your favourite thing to do with leftover pastry?
