      If you REALLY can't find anything else to do with the left over pastry (I'd be surprised after all those scrummy ideas you've all put forward) , please put it out for the birds, either raw or cooked.
      They'll soon finish it off, especially in this weather.
      Forbidden Fruits make many Jams.

        Definately cheesy bits but I usually have some homemade mince meat so often use that wiht left over pastry.

          Dreary old me just puts it in a bag and puts it in the freeze until such time as I need a bit of pastry in a hurry, then into the m/w for a few seconds and there you are!

            Mamy moons ago when I learnt Domestic Science at school we had a very scarey teacher. Whenever we made anything with pastry we had to use pretty much every scrap and she used to check the bins to make sure we did.
