OH is making meatloaf for tea. I correct that, I am making it as he didn't have time last night, but the thought was there lol.
My recipe says to either cook it normally in oven with piece of oiled g/p paper on top, or to cookit for longer in a bainmarie in oven.
Does anyone have any thoughts on which might better?
If I do it in a bainmarie, do I use cold water or hot? (doh!)
