  • Seville Orange marmalade?

Ok, my wife makes Seville Orange marmalade and sells at our local market. Last week she made a batch of 10 jars on the 15th of this month. A guy comes in last Thursday, buys a jar, takes it away, comes back this morning and the marmalade is like runny jelly in the jar, he says it has not been opened, he noticed it was runny when he got home last week. Now then, this is THREE times this guy has done this with Louise and her Seville Marmalade BUT, the jar he gets in exchange is never runny even when it is from the same batch. Also, no other person who buys the marmalade has ever come back with it runny. Questions, what would make this marmalade runny by the time he got it home or a couple of days later but no one elses is.

Second question, is this guy taking the P at all?

I'd give him his money back, not another jar.
