Hi peeps
Yesterday I bought the above to follow a cornish pasty recipe to use up some left over lamb. Yes I know its not pukka to put sweet spuds in, I got a lecture from my cornish OH! Anyhow, I didnt have enough marg/butter to make pastry so had to use the lamb another way (disorganised as ever!)
Any ideas what I can do with a sweet potatoe and swede for tea tonight?!
