Really Easy Rocky Road

Here is my recipe for Rocky Road enjoy as it is really delicous and so easy to make, the kids are great at helping with this, and you can vary the ingredients.

Did a dessert for the grandchildren yesterday at their house. They wanted me to make a chocolate frosting for their chocolate sponge but I couldn't find the ingredients SOooooowe grabbed a Cadbury's easter egg, added a tablespoon of golden syrup and a couple of tablespoons of full milk. Warmed it in the microwave just long enough for the chocolate to get softish (not boiling) and then I took it out and gave it a little beating!!!!
I'm not a lover of chocolate so found it overpowering. Children loved it though.
It would have been much better without the SECOND chocolate egg that one of them added and next time I would adjust the milk/cream to increase it and make the sauce a bit runnier but...if you like chocolate, I'm sure you'd like this.
It was a similar effect to the melted mars bars sauce I used to make my own children which I then poured over icecream.
Weight problem - ME - never!!
