On no account try and use low-fat cream cheese. Unless of course you want it as a pouring sauce.

I usually use low fat and it's fine, same thickness as the full fat stuff, but may depend on the variety

I usually add orange zest. juice and some cinnanmon...but in all honesty im not a big fan of sweetened cream cheese (maybe im not doing it right)
