Preheat oven to 190C/Gas 5
Line a 20cm tin
Mix tog 200g porridge oats and 225g plain flour
Rub in 250g butter
Stir in 150g soft brown sugar and 75g sunflower seeds
Mix in 3 tbsp golden syrup ( use hands it's easier )
Then press about two thirds of the mix into the tin
Sprinkle 175g raspberries and 50g dried cranberries ( or can use other fruit mixes- Asda do a nice cherry and berry mix)
Sprinkle the rest of the mix on top and press down lightly.
Bake for 40-45 mins.
Leave until just warm then cut into bars.
Wait until completely cold before removing from the tin.
