nut roast recipe?

I had a nut roast once from a supermarket, can't remember where, but it was really good, the top was all crunchy, there were plenty of nuts, a really nice tomato sauce underneath, but I've never found it again. Does anyone have a recipe for one please?

I did search but it told me 'nut'was too short and not included in the search...

The best I ever made was a mushroom loaf (it had nuts too) by Rose Elliot. I've been unable to find it again, but you might get lucky (on the Googly)

Here is a nut roast recipe - but it could be yummy with a romesco sauce recipe (I like Tamasin's Day Lewis's best)

Found a Rose Elliot one with cashews and mushrooms, so that one goes first.

You can substitute cashews with cheaper nuts if you wish (peanuts are a good filler). There'll be more flavour if you dry roast/fry the nuts first (I do mine on the George Foreman)
