I was looking for some veggi inspiration for someone who's coming over and found a great website- its vegetarian recipes, but as people have glutts of things, i thought it might be useul. Middle eastern to europe ect did a very nice (and easy)Tunisian beetroot salad last night- and most of the main dishes can be used with a roast chuck or something if you're non veggi.
