Three Cornered Leek...recipes or usage please

HI all
Just wondered if anyone has any inspiring recipes for three cornered leeks ideas of how to use it please?

I know its edible and there is a perfusion of it on some wasteland nearby. Seems a shame to not make use of this freebie.

(I have googled but only thing I found out is that its edible.)

What do you mean by 'three cornered leek'? Do you mean wild garlic. I know wild garlic flowers have triangular stems.

I have both wild garlic & three cornered leek (yes valmarg they are different) & I use them in one & the same way. To be honest I have never really bothered looking for specific recipes. I usually just snip some off & use them. I do however tend to use them in place of chives.
