I've just thinned a small amount of my beetroot.
The first batch of leaves went into a basic tuna pasta salad.
The second batch has gone into a pan with some perpetual spinach leaves and chicken stock for a basic soup.
Anyone got any actually recipes they recommend?
Last year I thinned in one go and ended up wasting a load of the leaves so I want to make the most of them this year.
