I'm now eating pud/supper: rice pudding with stewed plums - also from the freezer, from the garden - the plums, not the rice!

A while ago I mentioned that I wouldn't be growing any more Purple sprouting broccoli because of the time it was in the ground and how much space it took up.
I have now totally recanted.
I have become a broccoli addict!! I love it.!!!!!! Whether it be with cold meats, poached eggs,Sunday lunch or even by itself for a light supper with butter and loads of pepper on my life would not be the same without it!
In fact, I think I will go for early PSB and late PSB this year to try and eke it out as long as possible! My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)

We had fish and chips today. Being Good Friday it was a fast day so we decided on fish and chips today as we always get a take away on a Friday.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Ate the very first Radish grown by us from seed on the plot, the first thing we've been able to eat that we have grown from seed ever! Only have about 5 that are of edible size, but was lovely!Blessings
