Don't know if anyone can help, but does anyone have any good baking recipes for diabetics using the good produce from their allot's.

Mr TK is diabetic, but luckily Type 2 and is diet controlled....so far!

I have two books that I use regularly that are really good:-

Healthy Eating for Diabetes - Anthony Worrall Thompson
Diabetes Cookbook - DK

I also use a couple of websites which are quite useful:

But you can also do a search and find loads of various recipes.
