Have just made some rhubarbade from a recipe I found whilst searching recipes.
Do you think the leftover rhubarb could be reused in another recipe such as a crumble for example? The recipe just had lemons, sugar and boiling water in it? Its still in quite firm chunks. Seems a shame to waste it!!
