  • Leftover rhubarb!

    Have just made some rhubarbade from a recipe I found whilst searching recipes.
    Do you think the leftover rhubarb could be reused in another recipe such as a crumble for example? The recipe just had lemons, sugar and boiling water in it? Its still in quite firm chunks. Seems a shame to waste it!!

    Oh yes- don't waste it!!!!

    or- would you want to freeze it so you can do the same thing in a few months time???

      My, that was quick Nicos! Youve talked me into it! Gonna make a lemony rhubarb crumble......nips off to get the ingredients....
