Other than making jam and summer fruit pudding - has anyone got any suggestions what to do what a glut (numerous gluts) of red currrents.

You could make loads of redcurrant jelly and send me some (lots)!!!
One of the most versatile preserves, can be used as jam, as a condiment, or added to all sorts of other fruity recipes (goes especially well with raspberries, would make a delish sauce for ice-cream).Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
