If you keep the mix warm, it will be a bit less difficult to mix.......
I made a chocolate fudge using condensed milk, melted chocolate, and icing sugar. All the mixing happens in the 'bowl over hot water', and once it is gettign hard to work, it is ready to pour into a tray to set. In fact it is liable to set more than is 'traditional'.
Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
